We hope you are staying safe and healthy through all the challenges of the pandemic. Thank you for all your past support of the Molly Fund’s Molly Walk. We could not do all we do without your assistance.
We always look forward to seeing you all on Father’s Day morning for the Walk. This year; however, the Directors of the Molly Fund have made the responsible decision to cancel the 2020 Father’s Day Molly Walk. Assembling a crowd of people to walk together and asking for donations didn’t make sense in light of all the suffering, both personal and professional, that we are experiencing due to the virus.
Instead, in an effort to continue to celebrate Molly’s spirit, we will be having a VIRTUAL WALK on Father’s Day morning! We hope that you will start your Father’s Day with a bit of the tradition we’ve known for the past fifteen years. Celebrate with us by going for a 5K walk or run with your friends and family (with proper social distancing!) sometime on Father’s Day, June 21.
We are not soliciting sponsorships this year. We know that many are struggling financially. Should you want to make a donation to the Molly Fund, at any time, we appreciate your support and will put your donations to excellent use. The Molly Fund has done what we can to help with virus relief by donating to The Food Pantry and Sowing Seeds ($2,000 each) and the food program at the Boys & Girls Club ($10,000). We will be making more donations in the weeks ahead to help relieve the strain on those in need. The Molly Fund is pleased and humbled to be in a position to give some relief at this challenging time.
Donations of any amount can be made under the DONATE tab or by clicking here: https://mollyfund.net/index.php/donate
We look forward to seeing you all at the Molly Walk on Father’s Day 2021!
